Henry Wansbrough is a Benedictine monk based at Ampleforth Abbey in Yorkshire, UK.� He is former Chairman of the Oxford University Theology Faculty, and former Master of St. Benet's Hall, Oxford.� He lectures frequently across the globe and is the author of more than 20 books.

Concise, well organized. Topical.

I received this book as a gift.
It is exactly what the title says., a reader's guide. It is well organized. The contents are those of the Roman Catholic Bible, but any and everyone will benefit from this book.
It not only summarizes the books, it also summarizes the chapters as well.
Fr. Wansbrough has also defined 18 themes that occur throughout the Bible, and has color-coded each book and chapter accordingly.
This Reader's Guide is a joy & delight to use, as it gives me many nice, "how interesting" moments.
